First of all, the site that I use to deliver proofs of photos for contestants is a site called SmugMug. It's a site that allows contestants to sort through, and order photos directly through the site and have the order sent directly to the them, similar to shopping through a site like amazon.

SmugMug guarantees all orders. If the order gets lost in the mail, your dog eats it after it arrives, or the mail man spills coffee on it before delivering it, SmugMug will replace the order at no extra cost.
