Delivery Timelines
Delivery of photos is an ongoing concern for both event organizers, and contestants alike. Please let me ease your mind with the timelines listed below.
I understand that as an organizer photos can be a big concern. Making sure the photos are posted in a timely manner for contestants to view, as well as orders being fulfilled in a timely manner so that your contestants can rest assured that they will receive their photos once their orders have been placed.
I strive to post photos as quickly as possibly, while ensuring that they are edited and of quality. Typically my photos are posted and ready for ordering within 2-3 weeks of the event. I will post updates on my progress in my VIP Facebook Group
Once orders are placed, depending on the format of the photos ordered (digital copies versus hard copy prints), the delivery timeline will vary.
Digital Copies are delivered within 1 hour of the order being placed
Hard copy prints are typically delivered within 1 week of order being placed, but may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the mail system.
