Q - How do I order Photos?

Q - How much are your photos?
A - There is a comprehensive price list that is available once you click on the "Buy Photo" button on the photo(s) you choose. 

Q - Can I purchase a Collage of several Photos?
A - At this time, Collages are not available. They may become available in the future, but they are not currently. 

Q - Why is my email address and password not working to log in to Smugmug to see my photos?
A - You do not need to log in to smugmug to see your photos, that option is only for me when I need to log in to make changes to the site (adding photos, re-arranging, etc). 

Q - How do you do orders?

Shopping for your photos, is very similar to ordering anything else online. Once you find what you are looking for, there is a "Buy Photo" button in the bottom right hand corner of the photo. If you click on it and follow the prompts, you'll be taken through the steps to order your photo(s). There will be an option to pay with a credit card (your information is NOT stored), or with PayPal (your information is ONLY stored with PayPal...it is NOT stored anywhere in my site). Once your order it placed, your digital copies will be sent directly to you from SmugMug, and your print orders will be sent directly to my printer in California, and then sent directly from the printer to you. I do not have anything to do with the order fulfillment process, as my memory SUCKS, and I don't want you to wait longer than you need to, to get your orders.

Q - I don't have my order yet. What do I do?

If you ordered digital copies, please check your junk folder for the email from SmugMug. If it's not there, please email help@smugmug.com and they will be happy to resend your order at no additional cost to you.

If you ordered prints, please keep in mind that it could take upwards of 3 weeks to receive your print order. More often than not, it doesn't take that long, I have ordered through my site, and have had them in a week and a half, but please be prepared for it to potentially take up to 3 weeks to receive your order. If you have been waiting longer than 3 weeks, and still do not have your print order, please email help@smugmug.com and they will be happy to have a new order sent out at no additional cost to you.
